Directions: Leave the M25 at junction 30 then at roundabout take the 3rd exit then merge onto the A13 (signposted Barking) Continue forward through underpass (signposted Central London) Branch left, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Ferry Lane North (signposted Rainham, Elm Park) At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Ferry Lane North (signposted Rainham, Elm Park) Take 2nd road on left in Ferry Lane (signposted Albright Industrial Estate) and continue to the end, turn left and continue to end, turn right with green building on your left and take first right hand turning in front of Cumberland 6F,  E.I.P. is situated at the end of this turning.
